REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users (“You”, “User”) who purchase paid plans, premium listings, subscription services, or any other paid feature on RealtorsDirectory.in (“Website”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
By purchasing or subscribing to any service, You agree to the terms outlined below.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All payments made on RealtorsDirectory.in for premium listings, subscription plans, promotional features, or any other paid services are final and non-refundable.
We follow a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO CANCELLATION policy once a payment is successfully completed.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
• Premium or featured listings
• Paid subscription plans
• Promotional services
• Profile upgrades or business enhancement tools
• Any service that has already been activated or used
• Partial usage of subscription services
• Delayed, low, or no response from customers
• User dissatisfaction caused by external factors (market, competition, visibility, etc.)
Once the service is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
3. AUTO-RENEWAL (IF ENABLED)
If subscription auto-renewal is activated:
• Users are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date
• Renewal charges already processed cannot be refunded
• Turning off auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments
4. SERVICE ACTIVATION FAILURE
In rare cases where a paid service is not activated due to a technical error, Users may request a resolution.
Possible outcomes:
• Re-activation of the service
• Extension of subscription duration
• Adjustment or credit to your account
No monetary refund will be provided under any circumstances.
5. DUPLICATE PAYMENT
If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical/payment gateway error:
• One payment will be refunded after verification
• Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Proof of duplicate deduction may be required
6. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
If you believe a transaction was made without authorization:
• Immediately contact our support team
• We will investigate the complaint
• Refunds will only be issued if the payment gateway confirms the transaction as unauthorized
• Otherwise, no refund will be processed
7. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions, including:
• Misuse of platform
• Posting prohibited content
• Fraudulent activity
• Providing false information
You will not be eligible for any refund or compensation.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
RealtorsDirectory.in reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated policy.
